Using our sites
You may use our sites for lawful purposes. Please do not abuse them: no attempts to break into, overload, or disrupt the sites, the MCP Toolbelt, or the public DNS service, and no use of any of them for illegal activity. We may rate-limit or block access that abuses the services.
Digital products
Products in the shop (wallpaper packs, the Second Brain kit, and website audits) are delivered digitally as described on their product pages. Wallpaper packs and kits are licensed to you for personal use; please do not resell or redistribute the files. If a download or delivery fails, email [email protected]and we will make it right.
Website audits and reports
Website audit reports are automated, informational reports about the website you submit. They are not legal, financial, or professional advice, and they are only as good as the public information available about that website at the time of the audit.
MCP Toolbelt
Toolbelt tools are charged per call at the prices shown in the tool documentation, paid in USDC via x402. You are responsible for the calls you make, including calls made with your API key or wallet. If a call fails because of an error on our side, contact us and we will sort it out.
Our content
Text, images, and other content on our sites are owned by PapaCasper unless otherwise noted. You may link to our pages and quote short excerpts with credit; please do not copy whole pages, products, or wallpaper files wholesale.
Disclaimer and liability
Our sites and services are provided "as is," without warranties beyond what is stated on the relevant product or tool page. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to the sites or services is limited to the amount you paid us for the product or calls in question.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted here with a new effective date. Continued use of the sites after a change means you accept the updated terms.
